New Book Release – Dante’s Plot by Jack Dunn
Did Dante write everything in The Divine Comedy? There is a belief that Dante had access to an ancient scroll called The Apocalypse of Peter, a Gnostic creation from the 4th century that tells about Jesus Christ describing Heaven and Hell!
NEW YORK – May 11, 2026 – PRLog — In 2026, an ancient scroll is uncovered that describes Heaven and Hell, as described by Jesus Christ to Saint Peter on the Mount of Olives, in Israel. It was written by a Gnostic writer in an attempt to undermine Christianity and it is called The Apocalypse of Peter. In the middle ages, it re-surfaced in Italy in the epic poem by Dante, The Divine Comedy. A great deal of the descriptions in the scroll appears in The Inferno, as far as the levels of Hell and the punishments that await sinners in the world in the afterlife. It is possible that Jesus Christ himself warned all humans about the rewards in Heaven, and the terrors in Hell, and the author bravely retold His story to keep it alive for the world. The characters in this story embark on an investigation that takes them all over the world to try to locate the original scroll and keep it out of the hands of present-day people who will use it once again to attack Christianity and the other religions of the world, trying to suppress anyone who opposes them.
